servers down due to technical problems

Hey guys im hoping to get this sorted asap, so just have to sit tight and wait for ping-kings to sort the problem

All game servers under IP address: 46.4.126.76 are currently offline. Currently we are experiencing some problems on that machine. Technical stuff is aware of the problem and we hope the same will be resolved and game servers up and running very soon. We will update this news when we have more details about this fault..

Update about the problem..

Update @ 19:04 CET: There are some system files missing and re-installation of the OS is necessary. It will take a while because we need to , after installation of OS, copy files to freshly installed system! Investigation is still under process ..

Update: Unfortunately our technicians in datacenter informed us that the harddrive on this machine is faulty and they had to replace it. This means all data on your game server are lost if you didn't backup them. We are working hard to install all game servers as soon as possible. Expect updates every 2 hours.


Sorry guys but nothing on the server is backed up and ive/we lost everything, over 100k coppers were on the server also, so now im thinking about just giving the server up.

Soz guys i spat my dummy out a little there, as you can see i dont think before i say things but tuff thats me lol..

Yes the coppers are still there guys phew i know coppers isnt a matter of life or death but its took over a year to accumulate them and it helps to get our server up the server rankings, its just the server is back to default...

I havent got my control panel details to add the cp times or add the loadscreen as theve not reinstaled them yet with the servers being there main focus atm. but astleast the server is back running and no coppers lost.

wow that's awful, all my recs, locals:( nvm, the coppers are not lost, try figuring out what account did you used to create the server, your account key or somebody else's key
an united account for server is made in your player page

yeh well ill defo be backing things up from now on so at some point skan ill get your help on how to do that, i never thought about there data base fucking up tbh.
