War with fun and.. ?

Hey guys!

Im Kamenos from fun (Greece). I spoke to one of your members for a mini/lol war and told me that youre not interested, as you are a tech team. I asked my teammates and we are ok for a short / tech scrim war (25 secs at most). Most likely 15-20 maps for a week or so.

If you are interested please contact me! You can also invite another team to make things more interesting (3 team war)

We do not make scrims. We are always open for a 4v4 war on competition tracks , but unfortunately TMM starts soon , so i doubt it that we will have time.
Let's see what our war manager will say

Sure, we are in for a scrim, but we are atm driving TMM so give us some time to find at least 10 members who can drive it

it looks like we qualified so this week we will be busy losing against dignitas, so maybe next week we can make a map exchange ?

No problem, 30 secs is fine, though we prefer shorter maps Additionally we can make the war last 4 days if you like. It would be ok to give you our 10 maps in Monday 31/3 and start the war in Saturday 4/4 till Tuesday 8/4, 21.00 CET?

hello, sorry for late replay, like i said we were busy with tmm. your idea of making it last 4 days is good, but its already 31 today and we didnt choose our maps, but as far as i know maps are given 1 day before the scrim, so having a 4 day scrim with unknown maps would be more fun imo since we are already late with picking the maps. also couldnt the scrim start on friday? since its quite a weekend day

Hey no problem ;)Yes I agree for the maps to be unknown!

So we are talking for:

• Scrim war - 10 first places get points
  
• 20 maps (10 ours, 10 yours)
  
• Begins on Friday 4/4/2014 and ends 8/4/2014, at 21.00 CET
  
• Tech maps at most 30 secs
  
• Fun team will host the event. I'll give you the server details 1-2 hours before the war
  

So post here the map ids at Thursday (1 day before) in order to prepare the server

Well my team members said about 6 days.. I think this is best a) cause all our members are above 25 and work, so we need some more time and b) it would be more convenient to keep the maps 20 in number.

Rules for restarts are :
Chat vote replay: limit 1
Pay for res 200cp : limit 1(this resets the chat vote )
if someone pays for a replay then 1 more chat vote is available.
hope this is fine with you( no operators or admins have rights to res or skip )

hey its fine it just doesnt look fair to me not to have operators? we maybe want to replay tracks many times when we are alone on the server, and we wont pay for that ;P

First of all...we are not using the buttons for restart since you guys don't have rights.
Second......i have a bad experience with teams that we meet for the first time.....believe me when i say that ...I was at the beach enjoying the sea and my phone keep buzzing from emails txt messages and fb pm's cause our guests went kicking and banning some of my team mates
Third yes we usually I give rights to other teams and that I would like too if I where as guest in a server.
If you can reassure me that none of that will happen i can happily make one of you guys admin and he can give rights to all of your team mates.....
Point me plz who do you want me to make an admin
Btw when two teams are in the server The first rules stands.....and i made a mistake about the chat vote it limits to two....When one team is alone in the server then you are free to make as many restarts as you want
PS. i ll be away all morning so i can do this after 15.00 ok!

hey, we are not teams like wasp , who is full of kids, we are a serious team. We wont ban/kick people, no reason for that,also you could disable the ban/kick rights for operators in adminops.xml, and just give us ops ;p
you can make me admin if you want since im the war manager, and i fully understand your worries about this. it's just that if this would happen, that member would be kicked out of team and im sure no one will take that risk.
